Following the success of the virtual edition of the Return to London Town Festival, Irish Music and Dance in London returns with a virtual concert series throughout 2021 with a mix of live concerts and pre-recorded shows featuring some of the very best traditional Irish musicians.

IMDL's Online Concert Series kicks off off with a double bill live from King's Place in London featuring The Wilderness Yet and Eimear McGeown & James Carty with Jonas Fromseier.

The Wilderness Yet combines the acclaimed talents of folksinger Rosie Hodgson, traditional fiddler Rowan Piggott, and guitarist-flautist Philippe Barnes. Independently, they have earned audiences’ esteem as consummate musicians; together, they weave an eclectic tapestry of traditional and original songs and tunes; from a cappella three-part harmonies to luscious instrumental arrangements.
The specially commissioned concert is presented with support from the Irish Embassy in London - 'Creative Communities' and Emigrant Support Programme and will be available for seven days on demand after broadcast.
